We utilise many of our suppliers delivery networks. A breakdown from our supplier show below the normal lead times for delivery when items are in stock from order and delivered to a Mainland UK address.

Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. All you need to do is contact Customer Services, and they will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you. Estimated delivery time for parts: Smaller spare parts held in stock at our UK office: 3-7 working days. For larger spare parts shipped directly from Denmark: 7-10 working days.
For larger spare parts shipped from Poland: These needs to be manufactured and can take up to 30 days. However this is sometimes quicker.

How We Arrange Delivery

Once your order has been processed we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm your order and arrange a delivery date, unfortunately we cannot provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion.

Delivery lead times are determined by the stock status of the product(s) ordered. We state on all product pages the stock status of that particular product and therefore work to these lead times to ensure we can deliver your order in the best possible condition.

Please be aware, any lead times given are estimates only and while every effort is made to deliver items to you before the maximum date, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. Please allow up to 28 working days for items to arrive, unless stated otherwise. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate as incorrect details could lead to a delay in delivery.

Our usual days for delivery are the working days of Monday through Friday, however, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for large orders, which would normally be delivered on a pallet at an extra cost. Please contact us for more details.

Delivery Exceptions Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, occasional delays are unavoidable due to unforeseen factors.

The Day Of Delivery

As we utilise direct home delivery services and a national courier,  to deliver your orders, we are unfortunately unable to provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion. Delivery times are usually between, but not restricted to, the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by large lorry, if this is likely to be a problem, please contact us to inform us about any restrictions on Receipt Of Goods & Checking Of Goods

As is standard in our industry, all couriers are only able to deliver items to the kerbside of your delivery address, and are not permitted to enter your property.

Please remember, your delivery may be heavy & bulky, so we recommend that there is adequate help available to bring the delivery indoors. It's entirely possible that your order may be delivered on a large delivery truck, so please do let us know if there are likely to be any access problems, and we can inform the courier that a lighter vehicle is required.

If we are unable to deliver your order because you were not available on the agreed delivery date, or if there is a problem with gaining access to the road/property which we've not been made aware of, you may be liable for a re-delivery fee. Ltd request that all goods MUST be checked upon arrival for defects, damage, shortages or unsuitability. Notification of any issues with your order must be given to our courier immediately and the paperwork signed for as DAMAGED. All goods must be signed for by a person of minimum age of 18 years old.

Please DO NOT sign for goods as received in good condition without checking for defects, damages or shortages or sign for goods as unchecked, as your signature is acceptance of the goods being received in good and serviceable condition and we cannot accept any claim for these issues after you have signed for the goods.

You have 24 hours to notify Ltd of any damages, defects or problems with delivery. If you do not notify us within this time then we will be unable to rectify any problems.
